Time

You always hear people say,

"Do you have the time?"

But nobody really has the time-

time has us.

It takes us and bends us

to its will.

It ages us, makes us move on,

never to stay in a solitary position.

No matter how hard we try,

we can never control it, hold it,

make it do what we want.

Our time is limited,

so make the best of it.
