I on Day 2
I am...
a twig but
stronger than a redwood tree
a blanket of the
first winter snow
a driver
racing the Daytona 500
a group of 50 people
scattering when a volcano blows
a baby iceberg floating
away form Antarctica

I am
a dark and narrow path
a worm out of the
ground as it rains
a patch of woods
struggling to move away
a laboratory always
being used for experiments

I love the contrast with the Volcano and Iceberg.

I love the imagery here--"a worm out of the ground as it rains" gives me such a clear mental picture and makes me think about how you might be like that. I also love the twig idea. Brilliant!

Terrific poem! You ARE deep.
So many metaphors for a person with more potential to be revealed. Nice job.
